The site is strictly non-commercial and all work is done by the webmaster and a dedicated group of community volunteers. These pages are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by any company whose products are mentioned and/or pictured on this site. This site reflects the opinions of the general public and we assume no liability based on information contained herein. All featured products and names may, or may not, be registered trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners. Whilst referenced articles and photos remain the copyright of their respective owners, all posts are considered the property of TheWaterSnake.com and once placed cannot be deleted. Outside links, within the forum, are for the pure convenience of the site visitors. We do not take responsibility for any link, be it in content, naming, or the philosophy of the linked page(s). Any advertising that may be on this site is used to pay for our server costs and in no way reflects the opinion of the staff or members of TheWaterSnake.com, nor do we accept any liability thereof. Members and Guests must agree to, and abide by, our Code of Conduct Rules in order to post on the TheWaterSnake.com website. By entering this site you acknowledge you have read and agree with our legal policy. If you require more information or would just like to comment on this website, please address your email to tlorenz@selu.edu. General Rules/Code of Conduct: 1. While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, foul language, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters. 2. Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such. They will be locked at the Administrator's/Moderator's discretion. Keep all nonsense and spam in the AQHU thread pinned in The Pub. Thank you. 3. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice. Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members. 4. Any threads/posts created that cause unnecessary drama and disrupt the forum will be swiftly cut down. This includes POLITICAL and RELIGIOUS and other controversial discussions. 5. Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts. 6. Discussion of illegal activities is strictly prohibited. 7. Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed and will result in a ban on all accounts. 8. If you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also post an English Translation of your post. 9. We reserve the right to edit or delete posts, at our discretion, to meet with our code of conduct rules. Advertising Services and Solicitation We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to users here that advertise or solicit any products, services, funds or donations. Explicit advertising and solicitating in signatures is also prohibited. This also pertains to our member's advertising or soliciting other websites in the name of TheWaterSnake.com when it is against their rules/policies. Avatar Size Limits Avatars should be 150x150 pixels and no larger than 100kb. Signature Size Limits All signatures should not exceed the following size limits. 5 lines normal size, 8 lines small size and up to 90 chars per line. Font sizes above 3 are not allowed. (Blank lines count as lines.) Do not use images with large text to bypass the previous item An image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and 200kb in size.
